These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://antigrey.com (the “Site”) and any purchases or subscriptions made through the Site. The Site is operated by Once Daily Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Site.
1.2. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Product and Subscription Overview

2.1. Antigrey™ is a hair care supplement offered through a recurring subscription model.
2.2. Your first bottle is offered free of charge for a 30-day supply; however, you will be responsible for a $7.90 shipping and handling fee.
2.3. Two (2) weeks after the free trial ships, you will be automatically enrolled in a recurring quarterly subscription unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.

3. Subscription Terms and Automatic Renewal

3.1. By accepting the trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis every ninety (90) days for a new three-month supply worth $165.20 ($55.07 per month).
3.2. This subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next billing date.
3.3. Charges will appear under “ONCE DAILY INC” or a similar merchant descriptor.
3.4. Pricing and renewal terms are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Modifications, Cancellations, and Pauses

4.1. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time via the customer portal at: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/fZu6oHaozeXy66Gf6I2VG00
4.2. Any cancellation or modification must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next billing date to take effect before the next charge.
4.3. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless the product is defective or damaged (see Section 6).

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We currently ship to addresses within:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
5.2. Shipping times and costs may vary and are subject to carrier terms and conditions.
5.3. Once a package is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Due to the consumable nature of the product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for shipped products.
6.2. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@oncedaily.com. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

7.1. Antigrey™ is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7.2. Statements made on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
7.3. Consult your physician before beginning any new dietary supplement regimen, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

8. Account Responsibility

8.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your billing and shipping information.
8.2. Failure to do so may result in failed deliveries, unauthorized charges, or service disruption, for which we are not liable.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@oncedaily.com.
9.2. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, you agree that it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Singapore, and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.
9.3. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Once Daily Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or subscription services.

11. Changes to the Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
11.2. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation or arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
